Stic from Dead Prez came to Austin for SxSW and on his trip he stopped by Eastside Yoga Studios to work on his chakras.

 

This is a excerpt from his session there. Try doing these yoga moves along with Stic and his instructor, Steven, for a relaxing and rejuvenating session:
