National Afrikan Peoples Parliament ? Min Hilary Muhammad

Emergency National Afrikan People's Parliament (NAPP) Meeting held on 19th August at Queen Mother Moor school in Clapham London.

The recent unlawful killing of yet another young Blackman, father of four Mark Duggan (aged 29) and the brutal public beating of a 16 year Black girl in Tottenham, North London, sparked 'uprisings' throughout the UK. But following ballistic tests, commissioned by the Independent Police Complaints Commission, which proved that young Mark did not shoot at the police as they had reported, the media has done a complete whiteout on this vicious slaying of yet another innocent Blackman at the hands of the British police -- the forth since March 2011.

Instead the British media, backed by politicians, has launched a propaganda offensive evidently designed to not only demonise, criminalise and pathologise the Black community and its culture (especially our youths), but to whip up racial hatred from both the white and Asian communities - besides being a deliberate distraction from the real issues. Thus, the evocation of Enoch Powell's nasty 'Rivers of Blood' speech by BBC TV, via a celebrity, must be seen for what it is: incitement to racial hatred and violence.
